We want you to be completely satisfied with your Garbo&Friends purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and products are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original textile bags or packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the parcel at your nearest authorized carrier drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of reaching our warehouse.
